Banquets & Meetings
The Levis facility, with its four stories, offers a variety of set-up options, depending on the type of event and the number of persons attending:
- Theater – rows of chairs to seat 15–250, depending on the room
- Classroom – 18" x 6' tables seating three persons per table, all facing the front of the room
- Conference – rectangular or square table arrangement with persons seated along the perimeter, a U-shaped table is also an option
- Reception – with small round cocktail tables in the room, along with food/beverage tables and bar
- Buffet or Served Meal - round tables of eight

Equipment Available:
Levis offers a variety of equipment on site to enhance your event, including screens, flip charts with pads, whiteboards, slide / overhead projectors, lecterns (table top or free-standing), LCD projector, and a PA system that can be used anywhere in the building.
Please make equipment reservations in advance to ensure availability.
